Molli bakes her special cookie kits in our shared rental kitchen and prepares the icing and decorations. While she designs gingerbread houses for any occasion &#8211; including sweet renditions of her customers\u2019 summer homes &#8211; winter is go time. Now, she&#8217;s busy scaling her business in our professional baking kitchen &#8211; and celebrating&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/gardenstatekitchen.us14.list-manage.com\/track\/click?u=84b5228d83b41772cf474d2ca&amp;id=c38c8e8dec&amp;e=45a9006e26\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">a recent feature in New Jersey Monthly!<\/a> Congrats Molli!<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-media-text has-media-on-the-right is-stacked-on-mobile\"><div class=\"wp-block-media-text__content\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gardenstatekitchen.us14.list-manage.com\/track\/click?u=84b5228d83b41772cf474d2ca&amp;id=be7c272c48&amp;e=45a9006e26\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Cake Jars<\/a>\u00a0<\/strong>also books extra hours at\u00a0Garden\u00a0State\u00a0Kitchen during the colder months.\u00a0This purpose-driven business spends a few days a week crafting their desserts in our professional baking\u00a0kitchen. This\u00a0winter, they&#8217;re\u00a0at the Union Square Holiday Market\u00a0with some sweet new offerings. Owner Dawn Estrada donates part of proceeds to two non-profit children&#8217;s health organzations. She&#8217;s also showcasing her new 100% vegan menu, a bonus her customers appreciate.
